Great post, great money making idea, but why is he blogging about it?
Here is my guess (I might be wrong). Smaxor does payday loans and it is his niche. This guy here using the technique is his competitor

Blog about the technique, make it public, I am sure a lot of people are gonna try it, google will probably be flooded with requests for local search listing, raise red flag, reevaluate it, ding ding ding, bye bye competitor~~~~~
Isn’t this how things always work on the Internet? The moment someone blog about a bug, it quickly gets shut down, ask Eli about it, ask the guy who profit from facebook about it.
Think twice before taking an action when you read a blog post. You can do it, so does others who read the same blog? Come up with something unique and keep it yourself
Honestly I blogged about it because I didn’t have time to do it myself as I mentioned in the post. If you take a look no one has done it. What you find on the internet is you can share stuff but if it has a barrier to entry at all then people are lazy and it won’t get used. To do this you have to go register and pay for mail boxes, buy domains, setup relationships with a white/private label company. That’s probably why it’s not saturated now even 2 months after the original post.
